The year is 2025. Advanced hypercapitalist surveillance states have formed an international political and economic ruling class, subjugating the third world and trouncing on civil rights in the name of security and prosperity. In the wake of a series of devastating terrorist attacks, the ruling class has instituted a brutal new law that permits extra-judicial executions of suspected revolutionaries, a practice that extends to both foreign and domestic targets. The game takes place amidst this panoptic dystopia. Depending on the draw of the cards, you will play the role of an Anarcho-Syndicalist Revolutionary, an Undercover Government Infiltrator, or a prorevolution Double-Agent.
